F.M Alexander Technique

by admin on November 27, 2008

Michael Hardwicke has over twenty years experience teaching courses and individual lessons in the Alexander Technique and is the Co-Director of the Alexander Training at the Fellside Centre in Kendal, Cumbria.

Many of his interests and pursuits, such as running, meditation and inner development work, are rooted in and informed by the Alexander Technique. Michael uses basic living anatomy, to inform and clarify his Alexander work.

He continues to be excited and rewarded by the discoveries of F. M. Alexander and how they can be made accessible for people.
